At Dantz.dev (“Dantz”, “we”) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights. It applies to the real estate agents (“realtors”) who use our platform and to the people who reach out through the sites and chatbots built with Dantz.
1. Information we collect
From realtors: name, email, phone, their real estate business details, payment information (processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers) and credentials they voluntarily connect (e.g. WhatsApp Business).
From the realtor's prospects/clients: name, phone, email, budget, area of interest and messages sent through the chatbot or forms. This data is collected on behalf of the realtor, who is responsible for its use.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage data for security and service improvement.
2. How we use the data
- Operate the platform: website, CRM, calendar, WhatsApp automation and analysis with the Automated Intelligent Assistant.
- Pre-qualify prospects and generate sales reports for the realtor.
- Send service notifications and communications you request.
- Process membership payments through Stripe.
- Prevent fraud and ensure security.
3. WhatsApp and third-party integrations
When a realtor connects their WhatsApp Business number, messages are processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business API and analyzed with automated services (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) solely to respond to and structure the prospect. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising. WhatsApp use is also subject to Meta's policies.
Other providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email), Vercel and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each one processes data only to provide its service.
4. Sharing information
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the providers needed to operate the service (listed above), when required by law, or with your consent. Prospect data belongs to the corresponding realtor and only they have access to it in their panel.
5. Retention and security
We keep data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply encryption in transit, access control and per-account isolation. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to daniel@dantz.dev. Prospects can request to opt out of communications at any time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
