Terms of Service

Dantz provides real estate agents with a platform for a professional website, CRM with artificial intelligence, WhatsApp automation, calendar, document management and related tools, according to the contracted plan (Starter, System or Elite).

You must provide truthful information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for the activity carried out under your credentials. The service is intended for real estate professionals.

• Plans are monthly subscriptions, processed by Stripe.
• There are no lock-in contracts: you can cancel whenever you want; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• There is no free plan for the public. Any courtesy access is granted at Dantz's discretion.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

You may not use the platform to send spam, mass unsolicited messages, illegal, misleading content or content that violates third-party rights. WhatsApp use must comply with Meta's policies and applicable communications laws (including recipient consent). Non-compliance may result in account suspension.

You retain ownership of your content and your prospects' data. You grant us a limited license to host and process them in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a legal basis to contact your prospects.

The Automated Intelligent Assistant features (prospect analysis, chatbot responses, content generation) produce automated results that may contain errors. They are an aid, not a substitute for your professional judgment. Always review the information before acting on it.

The platform integrates with Meta (WhatsApp), Stripe, Google, Anthropic, Supabase and others. Use of those integrations is subject to each provider's terms. Any cost charged directly by third parties (for example, Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees) is the realtor's responsibility.

We strive to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific business results. We do not guarantee a number of leads or sales.

To the extent permitted by law, Dantz will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
